Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Floor Manager in Auckland, New Zealand. You will lead a passionate team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

You’ll inspire and manage Sales Advisors, oversee day-to-day operations, and step into Store Manager duties as needed, ensuring continuity and high performance across the store.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge, and an engaging store experience.
  • Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards.
  • Support recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans that support team progression.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
  • Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.

As a Floor Manager you’re be at the forefront of creating excellent customer experiences that go beyond the expected.

Your leadership ensures every customer journey feels personal, genuine, and memorable, while your focus on service and operational excellence helps bring the brand to life on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flexible & Reliable: Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • English language skills to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Auckland New Zealand, with a contract of 40 hours a week.
