Job summary

Arc'teryx Auckland is hiring a Full-Time Store Leader to drive exceptional guest experiences, coach product guides, and lead from the floor. You will manage daily operations, assist with inventory and merchandising, and contribute to events that amplify the brand in the community.

We seek 1–2 years in retail with a natural leadership style, strong communication, and a passion for the outdoors. You should be flexible for peak seasonal periods and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Passion for customer service and guest experience.
• Ability to give and receive feedback and coaching.
• Comfort with health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to set a clear vision and align the team.
• Strong time management and prioritisation.
• Flexible and adaptable in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store experiences during shifts and respond to sales floor situations.
• Lead from the floor with floor leadership and guest focus.
• Share brand information and event details with team and guests.
• Coach Product Guides to unlock potential and hit targets.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, restocking, and merchandising.
• Use tools to oversee store operations, sales targets, and budgets.
• Network with partners to support events and brand engagement.
• Manage opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Answer phones, voicemails, and store emails.
• Process transactions via POS including warranties and returns.
