Responsibilities

• Support and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals.
• Drive a culture of accountability, development, and high performance.
• Champion visual merchandising, product education, and sell-through strategies.
• Lead by example and step in wherever needed, from stockroom to sales floor.
• Build meaningful community connections and bring Arc’teryx to life.
• Partner with the Store Manager on recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and team development.
• Support operational excellence, including labour planning, inventory management, and store standards.
