Vodafone New Zealand Limited is seeking a Floor Lead for our Chartwell store in Hamilton. This full-time role (40 hours per week) requires Monday–Sunday roster availability and will drive sales while guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll lead and inspire, plan rosters, recruit and grow talent, and ensure smooth store operations in a dynamic retail environment. A passion for tech and customer care will help you thrive with One NZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail or Telecommunications.
• Proven track record of working to sales targets.
• Strong background in delivering exceptional customer service.
• At least 6-12 months of experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing others.
