Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty is seeking a full-time Computers department team member in Wellington. You’ll assist customers from enquiry to after-sales service, helping with orders and resolving issues to ensure a great shopping experience.

Join a high-performing retail team and develop product knowledge while supporting sales, merchandising and stock control. Weekend availability and strong communication are valued, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Experience in customer service or retail (preferred).
• Computer literate with POS systems (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with enquiries, orders and service requests.
• Manage customer service tasks including repairs and stock follow-ups.
• Process stock movements, orders and branch transfers.
• Support merchandising, displays, ticketing and stock presentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and repair agents for servicing.
• Assist with sales, cashiering and fulfilling online orders.
