Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty is seeking a full-time Computers department team member in Wellington. You’ll assist customers from enquiry to after-sales service, helping with orders and resolving issues to ensure a great shopping experience.

Join a high-performing retail team and develop product knowledge while supporting sales, merchandising and stock control. Weekend availability and strong communication are valued, with opportunities to grow within the company.

About the Role:

This is a customer-focused, hands-on retail role where you’ll support customers across the full journey - from enquiries and sales through to after-sales service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries, orders and general service requests.
• Manage customer service tasks including repairs, follow-ups on undelivered stock and debtor enquiries.
• Process stock movements, customer orders and branch transfers.
• Support merchandising, product displays, ticketing and stock presentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and repair agents regarding product repairs and servicing.Assist with sales, cashiering and fulfilling online orders.
• Follow company procedures, health & safety standards and compliance requirements.
