• Deliver Efficient Checkout Service: Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and Resolve Customer Needs: Create positive interactions, respond to queries, escalate issues when necessary.
• Support Cash Management: Assist with banking, reconciliations and investigating variances.
• Maintain Store Standards & Safety: Keep store areas clean and organised, uphold uniform standards and safety protocols.
• Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
