Caroline Eve is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in Alexandra to join a female-led NZ-owned company. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, fashion-focused selling, and contributing to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and personal selling
• Passionate about fashion and helping others feel and look their best
• Confidence to engage and connect with a wide range of customers
• Experienced in retail or hospitality or customer service, however we accept all backgrounds and experiences
• Physically capable to stand for extended periods and manage stock (lifting, unpacking, replenishing)
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
• A team mindset, we work in small stores, everyone does everything
• Retail is rewarding — but it is also demanding. We value people who are resilient, proactive, and ready to contribute fully.

Retail Assistant - Alexandra

We are seeking a permanent part-time Retail Assistant who thrives in a hands- on, customer-focused environment. This role works on a 2-week roster. 11 hours in week one (Thursday 1-4, Friday 12-4 and Saturday 10-2). 12 hours in week two (Wednesday 10-3, Thursday 1-4 and Friday 12-4). Flexibility is key here as this role also covers working public holidays and while other team members are on leave, so we may need you to work extra days and hours as needed.
