Descrizione del lavoro

Summer Casual Retail Assistant – all of Christchurch, including Rangiora

We are looking for a summer casual Retail Assistant to join our Christchurch teams to help cover staff leave and busy periods of the summertime.

You would work as and when required, so it could be any day of the week and different hours each week, but you would need to be available to work Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, if needed. This would be covering all of our Christchurch stores, including Rangiora, so you will need access to reliable transport.

We believe that our team members have the ability to provide the best customer service ever, and to help our customers feel confident when they wear our clothes.

At Caroline Eve, we foster a culture centred on our customers, creativity, confidence and collaboration.

What we are looking for are people who are committed to our customers, who are eager to learn and be part of a company that values exceeding our customers’ expectations. You will create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic Caroline Eve brand ambassador.

If you value great customer service yourself, we will train you in the Caroline Eve way of doing things, plus pay you a weekly bonus if your team meets its targets.

Working in retail is rewarding, but it is hard work. You need to be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift, pack and unpack boxes of stock. We are a small team, so we all learn and are responsible for doing everything in store.
