Job summary

Caroline Eve in Hastings is seeking a permanent part-time Retail Assistant who thrives in a hands-on, customer-focused environment. The role covers 16.5 hours per week with set rostered days: Monday 11-3:30, Tuesday and Wednesday 10-2, and Saturday 10:30-2:30, with flexibility to cover leave and public holidays including Taradale store.

You will build authentic relationships, drive store sales through confident selling, and provide memorable service.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with customers.
• Drive store sales performance through confident selling.
• Deliver memorable service every time.
• Support visual merchandising, store presentation and uphold operational standards.
• Work on POS including sales and stock movements.
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture.
• Work set rostered days and hours (including weekends and public holidays).
• Provide additional cover for team members during leave.
