Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Otago is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for a full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will lead daily operations, train staff, and coordinate menus with the chefs to deliver excellent service.

• Maintain accurate stock records and financial transactions.
• Engage with customers to assess satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Ensure dining facilities meet health and safety regulations.
