Job summary

Accor's IbisTainui Hamilton in Hamilton, NZ, seeks a Senior Head of Department to lead the guest experience across Conferencing, Bar & Restaurant. You will demonstrate strong Food & Beverage knowledge to the team and empower staff to animate the F&B experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires a hands-on management style, a strong customer focus, and the ability to exceed F&B financial targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests.
• GM licence and LCQ
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage management role
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Ability to manage and exceed F&B financial performance targets
• A strong customer focus
• Must have a supportive/hands on management style
• Knowledge of Micros software is preferred
• Strong understanding of all Sale and supply of liquor guidelines.
