Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing care to people with complex needs.
• Ability to supervise residents while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building with staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day needs of residents.
• Plan and undertake structured reintegrative activities.
• Ensure safety and welfare of residents, staff and visitors.
• Assist residents with rehabilitation and reintegration needs.
• Transport residents to community appointments (full NZ driver licence required).
