• Provide structured daily activities and supervised outings to aid reintegration.
• Support residents to solve day-to-day issues and navigate activities.
• Supervise residents on community outings, including driving.
• Promote public safety through planning, management and supervision of residents.
• Support residents’ management plans and help achieve goals.
• Assist with rehabilitative and reintegrative activities.
• Model pro-social behaviour and uphold organisational values.
• Ensure operational standards, conduct site checks and audits for security and safety.
• Maintain residence documentation and update plans as required.
