This is a varied, people-focused leadership role at the heart of village life. You’ll help create a welcoming, well‑organised environment where our residents and their families feel known, supported and at home.
We’re looking for someone who brings natural care and empathy to the way they work, alongside strong organisation and attention to detail. You’ll lead key resident services across the village, build trusted relationships with residents and families, and support the General Manager with prospective resident enquiries, occupancy and connections within the local community.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working 8.30am–5.00pm, 80 hours per fortnight.
