Summerset is seeking a Part Time Resident Services Coordinator to support residents in our Serviced Apartments in Canterbury. You will build trusted relationships with residents and families, identify changing needs early, and coordinate care with village teams and external providers.

We’relooking for acompassionate,organisedand people-focused Resident Services Coordinator to support residents living in our Serviced Apartments.
This role is about building trusted relationships with residents and their families, recognising when needs are changing, and coordinating the right support at the right time. You’ll work closely with village teams and external providers to help residents remain independent, safe and well supported in their daily lives.
This is not a clinical role - it’s a people-focused coordination role where you can make a real difference to residents’ day-to-day lives.
This is a part time role working Tuesday - Thursday, 10:30am - 5pm.
