Job summary

Oceania is seeking a full-time, permanent Resident Services Manager for Redwood Village in Blenheim. You will lead resident services across activities, dining, housekeeping and front-of-house, ensuring a welcoming, well-organised environment for residents and families.

You will build trusted relationships with residents and the local community, support the General Manager with occupancy and enquiries, and mentor your team to deliver high standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• > Experience in aged care, community services, hospitality or retail with strong customer service.
• > Proven leadership of a customer-facing team.
• > Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• > Full NZ driver licence and eligibility to work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident services across activities, dining, housekeeping and front-of-house.
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families; be the day-to-day contact.
• Support the General Manager with enquiry handling and occupancy initiatives.
• Develop engaging activities to support wellbeing and participation.
• Coordinate resident survey program and drive improvements.
• Oversee dining with kitchen team to ensure hospitality-led experience.
• Manage housekeeping to high standards and presentation.
• Foster community links and volunteer program.
