Metlifecare seeks a dynamic Resident Experience Manager for Orion Point Village in Hobsonville. The role coordinates engaging social events, supports residents through life transitions, and builds belonging across the village.

In this hands-on position, you will plan activities, foster wellbeing, manage communications, and collaborate with families and local groups to sustain a vibrant, resident-first village culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, customer experience, hospitality, community engagement, or a similar people-focused role.
• Highly organised, and confident building relationships with a wide range of people.
• Love creating memorable and meaningful connections.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver events, outings, and experiences that create a thriving community atmosphere.
• Foster resident wellbeing, inclusion, and connection across all areas of village life.
• Coordinate onboarding initiatives including welcome experiences, introductions, and buddy programmes.
• Manage village communications, newsletters, digital platforms, and resident engagement tools.
• Support residents to access wellness and assisted living services while maintaining independence and dignity.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, local community groups, and service providers.
• Champion a resident-first culture and help bring the village vibe to life every day.
