Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Rental Operations Agent at our Auckland CBD branch (Victoria St West). The role involves front and back of house duties, from customer interactions and rentals to vehicle inspection, driving, parking and wash bay duties, on a 7-day roster.

You will handle contracts, bookings and related data entry using company systems. A full, clean class 1 driver’s license is essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use various computer systems for rental data entry.
• Ability to follow procedures and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on the counter and promote products/services.
• Process rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and maintenance, drive and park cars, and clean vehicles in the wash bay.
