Avis Budget Group is hiring a Rental Operations Agent based at Nelson Airport. This entry‑level, part‑time role involves front and back‑of‑house duties, with training provided and a supportive culture. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems for rentals and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the counter and promote products and services.
• Process rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive, park and clean vehicles in the wash bay.
