Job summary

Avis Budget Group International is hiring at Nelson Airport for a rental operations agent. This on-site, entry-level role handles front and back of house tasks, including counter service, bookings, and product marketing.

Qualifications

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Able to work quickly while delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems for rentals.
• Able to follow procedures and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the counter and process rentals and bookings.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance needs, drive and park cars.
• Clean vehicles inside and out to ready them for customers.
