Apex Car Rentals in Queenstown is seeking a Rental Operations Agent for a Permanent, full-time 40-hour per week role. You will work across front and back of house, engaging customers, processing rentals, and supporting bookings.

The position requires a full, clean driver’s licence and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at 27.70 NZD, uniform and parking, wellbeing benefits, employee discounts, and comprehensive training to help you

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of strong customer service skills.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or similar roles is helpful.
• Full, clean class 1 driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the counter and promote products and services.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive and park cars.
• Assist with cleaning vehicles inside and out to ensure readiness for customers.
