Job summary

Strata Precision Plastics is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our well-established region in New Zealand. You’ll work from a home office, visiting customers across Taupō, Rotorua, Whakatane, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Manawatū and Wellington, delivering practical guidance and exceptional service.

You’ll build deep customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and provide technical product knowledge while collaborating with our team to ensure clients receive outstanding support.

Qualifications

• Experience within the plumbing, drainage or related industry.
• A genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• A willingness to travel regularly throughout your territory.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with plumbing and drainage merchants across your territory.
• Growing existing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service and account management.
• Providing product knowledge, technical guidance and outstanding customer service.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive the support they need.
