Job summary

Iplex Pipelines NZ is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across the Auckland region, from Kaikohe to Bombay. You will grow sales, manage pricing, orders, renewals, and promotions, while delivering excellent service to customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in plumbing/building sectors, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A salary package with an incentive scheme is offered, plus company vehicle and tech gear.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Plumbing/Building or related industries.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills with ability to communicate value.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales across the wider Auckland region.
• Develop and execute plans to grow sales and market share.
• Partner with core merchants to secure business from inquiry to delivery.
• Deliver product training and merchandising resources for channel partners.
• Identify market opportunities and new partner prospects.
