Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's/PhD a plus).
• Professional experience in structural analysis and design.
• Hands-on OpenSees experience.
• Strong knowledge of ACI 318, AISC 360, or Eurocode EN 1992/1993/1998.

Responsibilities

• Design AI training tasks based on structural concepts and real-world challenges.
• Create clear problem statements for analysis, design, simulation, and compliance.
• Develop reference solutions and scoring criteria for AI outputs.
• Build tasks using OpenSees and related methodologies.
• Create evaluation scenarios (pushover, seismic, FEA, retrofits).
