Job summary

Lifted seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to design AI training tasks rooted in civil engineering concepts, using OpenSees to craft realistic problems including nonlinear modeling, pushover and seismic analyses. You will develop reference solutions, scoring criteria, and evaluate AI responses for accuracy and code compliance.

The role is fully remote and project-based, with flexible hours and weekly payments through Upwork. A strong background in structural design and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field (Master's/PhD a plus).
• Hands-on experience in structural analysis and design.
• Experience with OpenSees.

Responsibilities

• Design AI training tasks based on structural engineering concepts.
• Create clear engineering problem statements for analysis, design, simulation, and code compliance.
• Develop reference solutions and scoring criteria to evaluate AI outputs.
• Build tasks using OpenSees and related methodologies.
• Review AI-generated solutions for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
