Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field, Master/PhD preferred.
• Professional experience in structural analysis and design.
• Hands-on OpenSees experience and familiarity with design codes.

Responsibilities

• Design AI training tasks based on structural engineering concepts.
• Create problem statements covering analysis, design, and codes.
• Develop reference solutions and scoring criteria for AI evaluation.
• Build tasks using OpenSees and other structural methods.
• Review AI solutions for accuracy and compliance with codes.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
• Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment.
