Qualifications

• Experience in reservations operations and channel management.
• Familiar with hotel distribution systems and brand standards.
• Proficiency with Opera and hotel PMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations to ensure smooth guest handling.
• Apply yield tactics and sales strategies to achieve hotel targets.
• Maintain accurate room inventory and pricing across channels.
• Keep hotel information up to date across all distribution channels.
