We are currently looking for a Reservations Supervisor to join our team in a full-time permanent position.
As our Reservations Supervisor, you will provide accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and external climate within which the hotel operates. This role is responsible for helping to oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department.
Monitor guest feedback with regards to commercial strategy alongside help if a guest needs assistance with a request or complaint.
Manage groups with the Meetings and Events team.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about the hotels in the region.
Develop and maintain a good relationship with tour agents and operators.
Maintain and share knowledge of special rates, offers and promotions.
Ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done, support the team and other hotel departments as required
