Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Project Manager to lead community development initiatives. You will plan, execute and monitor projects, coordinating with NGOs, government agencies and field teams to ensure meaningful outcomes in communities.

The role is entirely remote, requiring excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage complex budgets and timelines across regions. A strong background in development work and non-profits is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project management with focus on community development, social impact or non-profit work.
• Strong remote coordination with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and implementation of community development projects from inception to completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources in a remote setting.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders including community leaders, partners and beneficiaries.
• Prepare regular progress reports, impact assessments and financial documentation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Support local teams and partners with guidance and problem-solving.
