Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Program Director to lead key initiatives within the organization. This is a fully remote leadership role guiding program planning, execution, and success across distributed teams.

You will oversee program managers, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with the organization's mission, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, accountability, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years in program management and leadership, with non-profit sector experience.
• Proven success in managing complex programs with large budgets and diverse teams.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage program budgets, including financial planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and manage program managers and their respective teams.
• Establish and implement program performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Oversee the identification and mitigation of program risks and issues.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and funders to ensure program success and sustainability.
