ProSteel Systems Limited is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage details from contract handover through to delivery and project completion. Work from home in Canterbury, NZ, with an initial hourly rate of $40 and a minimum 25 hours per week.

In this role you will coordinate documentation, procurement and subcontractors, reporting to the CFO and Operations Manager, and you can grow the role as the business expands. Travel reimbursements apply when visiting sites.

Qualificações

• Experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized.
• Clear communication with clients, suppliers, and team.
• Based in New Zealand or able to work remotely from Canterbury.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary client contact after deposit and handover from Sales.
• Provide updates through consenting, ordering, manufacturing, delivery and construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors, BOMs, orders, deliveries and programmes.
• Maintain project records and handovers between Sales, Operations and Finance.
• Track time against jobs in our software and ensure accurate time entries.
• Develop and improve checklists, templates and processes to reduce delays.
• Assist with sales follow-ups as requested.
• Provide coordination support to the CFO and Operations Manager as the role develops.
