Job summary

Goodman Fielder's Meadow Fresh site in Christchurch is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the National Engineering team. The role acts as the central coordination point across workstreams, ensuring alignment, tracking actions, and maintaining clear information flow to keep the programme on delivery.

You will support project leads, prepare updates, manage records with version control, and coordinate meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience supporting project teams and building simple coordination systems.
• Exposure to food manufacturing, dairy, FMCG, or industrial environments desirable.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to track actions, maintain documentation, and support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across workstreams to track tasks and progress.
• Support project leads by maintaining action registers and priorities.
• Prepare and distribute clear project updates and documentation.
• Maintain organised project records with version control.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops: scheduling, agendas, minutes, actions.
• Ensure attendees have the information needed to contribute.
• Provide admin support to the Program Manager and project team.
• Maintain calendars, onboarding materials, and working procedures.
