Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design, integrate, and test complex mechanical systems from anywhere, collaborating with distributed teams to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

The role requires strong background in mechanical systems, control principles, and mechatronics, with extensive remote collaboration experience and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical systems design and integration.
• Experience with modeling and simulations tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and test integrated mechanical systems with remote collaboration.
• Perform system-level analysis including performance and reliability assessments remotely.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and document results.
• Collaborate with remote EEs, software devs, and control specialists for interoperability.
• Troubleshoot complex system integration issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in cloud repositories.
