Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team. This role is crucial for the design, integration, and testing of complex mechanical systems from anywhere. You will collaborate with distributed teams, leveraging your expertise to ensure our mechanical solutions meet rigorous performance, safety, and reliability standards. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrated mechanical systems, ensuring seamless interaction between all components.
• Conduct thorough system-level analysis , including performance, reliability, and failure mode assessments, working remotely.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for mechanical systems, documenting results and recommending improvements through digital platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with remote electrical engineers, software developers, and control system specialists to ensure system interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration issues identified remotely, finding root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system schematics and specifications, in shared cloud repositories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical systems design and integration, with a strong portfolio of remote work.
• Proven experience with system modeling and simulation tools, adaptable to remote access.
