Job summary

FCM Travel Auckland is seeking a results-driven FTC to join our Corporate FCM team. You will identify growth opportunities within our existing client base, analyse data trends and translate insights into sales opportunities.

This role offers exposure to diverse clients and potential overseas travel. You will develop strong business relationships, ensure all configurations are optimised, keep clients informed about new products, and confidently present to clients both face-to-face and online.

Qualifications

• Proven account management or customer relations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers.
• Proven ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.
• Proficient user of MS products – particularly Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Analyze customer data and trends to deliver opportunities.
