The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering with 7+ years in process design, scale-up, and troubleshooting, proficient in Aspen Plus or HYSYS, and familiar with PFDs and P&IDs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote process engineering support, including design, troubleshooting, and optimization, to global manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and utilize process simulations (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) to analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Assist in the development of technical specifications for equipment and process modifications.
• Conduct virtual Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and risk assessments as required.
• Collaborate effectively with international site teams, R&D, and project management through digital platforms.
• Document process changes, recommendations, and project outcomes thoroughly.

• Ensure adherence to company standards and relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote work processes and digital collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a significant portion involving process design, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
• Proven proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
• Strong understanding of chemical process safety principles and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
