Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Data Analyst to transform HR data into strategic insights. This fully remote role supports operations based in South Africa and Queenstown region, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and data-driven HR strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR analytics, strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python/R, and experience with HRIS and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role with an HR focus.
• Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), SQL, Python or R.
• Experience with HRIS and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong HR knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present insights.

Responsabilités

• Collect, clean, and organize HR data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports tracking key HR metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and correlations related to workforce dynamics.
• Provide actionable insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analyses to forecast HR needs and challenges.
• Assist with surveys design and result analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to improve data collection and reporting systems.
