Placements24 is seeking a Data Scientist to join their analytics team. You will extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and contribute to strategic decisions using Python or R, SQL, and modern visualization tools. The role combines rigorous analysis with clear communication to stakeholders.

This is a fully remote position with flexible collaboration across departments. A strong quantitative background and the ability to explain complex concepts are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and ML algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python or R with relevant libraries.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
