Placements24 seeks a proactive Remote Fleet Operations Assistant to support driver network across Queenstown region. In this fully remote role you will manage daily operational tasks, provide driver support and ensure smooth logistics schedules.

You will coordinate vehicle availability, track progress with fleet software, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with dispatch and maintenance teams. A strong administrative and communication skillset and comfort working virtually are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, dispatch, or logistics support.
• Strong administrative and communication skills for remote work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities remotely.
• Proficient with fleet management software and GPS tracking.
• Stable internet connection and dedicated home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage driver schedules remotely and ensure efficient route planning.
• Provide real-time support to drivers and resolve issues during shifts.
• Track vehicle movements and delivery progress using fleet software.
• Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance for vehicle readiness and repairs.
• Maintain electronic records of driver activities and delivery logs.
• Communicate with drivers, management and customers to ensure seamless operations.
