EC Markets is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our New Zealand team. The role focuses on assisting clients by phone, email and chat, guiding onboarding and funding, and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar roles (banking, financial services, telecommunications) is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Ability to listen, understand client needs and explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients by phone, providing professional and friendly support.
• Assist online registrants through onboarding and funding steps.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Work within regulatory and compliance guidelines and coordinate with NZ/AU teams.
