• Supporting customers through the full home loan process, from initial conversations to settlement and beyond
• Delivering standout service and helping customers consider their full financial wellbeing, including insurance needs
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners like real estate agents, accountants, and lawyers
• Collaborating across ANZ's Personal, Business and Private Banking teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Following compliance, risk and quality standards to ensure advice is consistently reliable and responsible
• Attracting Home Lending customers to ANZ through proactive leverage of internal and external networks
