Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician in New Zealand, based remotely in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region. You will service, install, and maintain gaming equipment, travel to client sites, and participate in weekend on-call rotations. Comprehensive on‑the‑job training is provided to develop technical and customer service skills.

The role emphasises independent work, strong problem-solving, and delivering world-class service to customers.

Qualifications

• NZ driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Technical background in appliance servicing and installations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock for service needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure flawless operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment with the technical team.
• Maintain service records and documentation for repairs and installations.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment use.
