Job summary

BrickHouse Technologies – Hamilton, North Island seeks a practical Field Service Technician to install, commission and service BrickHouse equipment at customer sites. You will manage field workload, interact directly with customers and contribute to equipment upgrades.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot faults and support safety and compliance across sites in the Waikato region. A full NZ driver licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification preferred.
• Experience in field-service or maintenance.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to understand technical equipment and explain it to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and repair BrickHouse-supplied equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and breakdown response.
• Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Train customers on safe operation of equipment.
• Complete service records and safety documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
