Avnet in New Zealand offers a work-from-home role with occasional travel to customer sites. You will help customers explore AMD FPGA, Adaptive SoC, and embedded x86 technologies, working with account managers and AMD specialists to understand product ideas, evaluate solutions, and move projects forward.

This is a work-from-home role, requiring autonomy while co-creating solutions online with peers. Recent graduates with tech passion and AI interest are welcome, as well as experienced applicants

Formación

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Interest in technology and motivation to learn about AMD FPGA and embedded x86 products.
• Self-directed approach and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Learn about customers’ products and goals, then connect them with suitable AMD technologies and specialist support.
• Build relationships with customers through visits, technical discussions, demonstrations, and follow-up.
• Take ownership of customer questions and opportunities, coordinating with colleagues and AMD specialists.
• Prepare clear presentations, demonstrations, training material, and written updates.
• Keep learning about AMD products and share useful knowledge with customers and the team.
• Use agentic AI tools to plan multi-step work, review results, and protect information.
