Formación

• MBA, Agricultural Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in business management, financial analysis, or strategic planning, preferably in agriculture.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans for the cooperative and its members.
• Analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for agricultural operations.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, product development initiatives, and potential partnerships.
• Provide financial and business advisory services to individual member farms.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
• Oversee risk management strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and financial institutions.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to recommend strategic adaptations.
• Prepare comprehensive business reports and presentations for the board and members.
