Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in agricultural consulting or a senior role.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of: crop science, soil management, agricultural technology, sustainable agriculture, or farm business management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for virtual client relationships.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and digital platforms.
