Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Remote Early Years Curriculum Developer to design and refine curricula for young learners, usable across diverse settings. This fully remote role supports nationwide implementation, focusing on developmentally appropriate resources and evidence-based practices.

You will design engaging materials, collaborate with educators and experts virtually, and develop assessments to inform ongoing curriculum improvements, with growth opportunities in leadership and strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing early years curricula.
• Proven ability to create engaging educational content for ages 3–6.
• Proficiency with digital learning tools for remote collaboration.
• Excellent written communication, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update early years curricula, aligned with best practices.
• Create lesson plans, activity guides, and assessment tools.
• Research and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning strategies.
• Collaborate virtually with educators, subject matter experts, and project managers.
• Develop assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to educators implementing the curriculum remotely.
