Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Early Years Educational Consultant and Trainer to join our virtual team. You will provide strategic guidance to childcare institutions, design online training modules, and deliver workshops aimed at improving pedagogical practices.

The role requires a Master’s or Ph.D. in early childhood education, 10+ years of relevant experience, and expertise in EYFS, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia frameworks.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in early childhood education.
• Expertise in national and international early years frameworks (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy on curriculum development and pedagogical approaches.
• Design and deliver online training modules and workshops for educators.
• Develop customized educational resources for client needs.
• Conduct virtual assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Facilitate online group discussions and coach educators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality in service delivery.
• Represent the organization in virtual professional development events.
