Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our software solutions. You will onboard new clients, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for growth while working from anywhere within South Africa.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in SaaS or technology sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage a portfolio of hospitality clients remotely, fostering long-term relationships.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify issues.
• Drive product adoption and educate clients on features and best practices.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
